Loved the location as very central and with lots of shops/restaurants literally on the doorstep. Staff on reception were lovely, as were the restaurant staff. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choice, plus you could also order from the breakfast menu and always presented well.

Breakfast was great, the staff is amazing and the location is perfect. i cannot wait to go back but next time i'm definitely booking straight from the hotel to avoid the mess we found ourselves in last week.

The hotel and it's surroundings exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process seamless. They offered a welcome drink and took the time to provide helpful information about local attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a touch of Cape Town's unique charm. My room was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of Table Mountain. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities in the room made my stay even more enjoyable

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and dishes were kept stocked up. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly all of the time. The reception area felt welcoming, bright and comfortable. The room was spacious and reasonably well equipped. The blackout curtains were particularly appreciated. The bar area was a pleasant place to sit and have a drink or a bite to eat.

The location was excellent. It is located within walking distance to a lot of essential outlets such as a supermarket. Many nice restaurants around (including the spectacular restaurant in the hotel). Access to cabs at your door step. Night life/bars around within walking distance. Long street is ALSO within a comfortable walking distance 😀 Spectacular view of the Table Mountain. Loved the hotel breakfast. Nice buffet with an assortment of meals. Cozy room with just the right amount of satellite tv channels.

Like Schalk Bezuidenhout would say: K*k fancy! We felt like royalty. The views of Table Mountain from our room and during breakfast? Absolutely next level. And speaking of breakfast... wow. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had (and we take breakfast very seriously). We stayed for my friend's birthday, and the hotel totally delivered on the special touches. They surprised her with a complimentary brownie on a plate, complete with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate. If that’s not the definition of going the extra mile, I don’t know what is! The vibe is chic yet relaxed, the staff are friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring. Whether you’re celebrating something or just pretending to be fancy for a night, this is the place to do it. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat. Kloof Street Hotel, you’ve got our hearts (and our stomachs)!

Breakfast was nice, buffet style, hot breakfast and pastries etc, tea and coffee, beautiful outdoor view, can eat breakfast on the terrace by the pool. Room was really spacious, clean, lovely view, bed was comfortable, bathroom including shower was nice, very spacious bathroom also. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly
